It is likely that the price of Aprilia SR GT 200 scooter in Vietnam will cost about 100 million VND, providing more options in the high-end scooter segment.

Pretty soon, the Aprilia SR GT 200 A2 scooter model will be sold genuine in Vietnam through the Motoplex distribution system in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, the genuine price for this model has not been announced in the country, but Aprilia has officially sold the SR GT 200 in the Malaysian market with a starting price of 19,900 Ringgit, equivalent to 105 million VND.

Accordingly, there are two versions: SR GT and SR GT Sport. In which, the SR GT 200 is priced at 19,900 Ringgit; Sport version will have a slightly higher list price of 20,900 Ringgit, equivalent to 110 million VND.

In terms of colors, the SR GT and SR GT Sport have different color options, the standard SR GT version has Black, Gray, and Blue. Meanwhile, the SR GT Sport version will be available in Yellow, Gray, and Red, along with red wheels and a two-tone saddle.

In addition to the differences between the two versions, both Standard and Sport of the Aprilia SR GT 200 have the same single-cylinder engine, 174cc in capacity, liquid-cooled, producing 17.4 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and maximum torque of 16.5 Nm at 7,000 rpm. This power is transmitted to the rear wheel through a CVT.

Other standard equipment on the scooter can include LED lighting system. In which, the headlight cluster consists of 3 components including a pair of headlights on both sides, and a small position light in the middle, typical of the Italian automaker. Above the mask is a large beautiful touring-style windshield.

Showa suspension system with telescopic forks is at the front, and double cylinder spring shock absorbers at the rear. The 14-inch cast rim at the front comes with 260 mm disc brakes and ABS, while the 13-inch rear rim will come with 220mm discs. Tires are 110/80 at the front and 130/70 at the rear. The model’s fuel tank has a capacity of 9 liters and the wet weight falls to about 144 kg.

With the price in Malaysia at 105 – 110 million VND, it is likely that the Aprilia SR GT 200 price in Vietnam will be similar, providing another option for Vietnamese customers besides Honda SH or Piaggio Medley.
