Coming to this year’s exhibition, in addition to the outstanding models available in the Vietnamese market and the new Civic Type R, Honda also introduced its large displacement motorcycles.

At VMS 2022, in addition to the participation of new electric models, the new generation Honda Civic Type R is a high-performance model with a highlight at this exhibition and genuine sale.

Honda also brought large displacement motorcycles with engine capacity from 500cc to 1,100cc to the exhibition. In particular, Honda will display the RC213V-S super product, which is limited to only 213 units in the world with technologies specifically designed for racing bikes and a series of details only used for expensive super sports bikes at the exhibition. Along with the new generation Civic Type R, RC213V-S is probably the second biggest highlight of the Honda booth at this VMS 2022 exhibition.

RC213V-S has a design similar to Honda’s MotoGP racing bike, owns a series of expensive luxury brand equipment including: Ohlins forks, front and rear Brembo brakes, solo seat, MotoGP style full titanium exhaust… especially the set of HRC stamps with the national flag of the country of the rising sun.

Because it is a copy of the MotoGP racing bike, the RC213V-S inherits a lot of technologies specifically designed for MotoGP racers such as: Long rear grip, slipper clutch, Marchesini magnesium wheels 17-inch lightweight, special Ohlins forks tuned for MotoGP and high-performance Brembo brakes.

In addition, the body parts of the Honda RC213V-S are also made from carbon fiber, this superbike also has many more details made from unusual and rare ultra-light materials used only for super sport bikes of “rare goods”, such as titanium, magnesium or aluminum are now reserved for aviation.

The dashboard of the RC213V-S is equipped with an LCD screen by Honda, providing various information and settings of the bike such as 5 driving modes, suspension system, …. The opening angle of the steering wheel is also wider and the windshield is also higher than in the professional race.

Honda RC213V-S is equipped with a 1000cc V4 engine that is almost identical to that of MotoGP racing cars, with a compact size equivalent to other 800cc 4-cylinder engines. However, depending on the market, this engine will be limited to 100 horsepower and 90 Nm of torque (or 157 hp and 102 Nm of torque).

If you add the Sports Kit package, the engine power increases significantly to 212 horsepower and maximum torque of 118 Nm. In addition to 5 modes, the RC213V-S also has a traction control system, Engine Braking, IMU, Quick-shifter, and Smartkey.

With a price of nearly 6 billion VND and a limited number of only 213 units worldwide (currently only 2 units in Vietnam), Honda RC213V-S becomes a model many people desire, but having much money is not sure to be able to own this masterpiece of thousands of people.

After 2 years of absence due to Covid-19, Vietnam Motor Show (Vietnam Motor Show or VMS) 2022 officially returned on October 26, and will take place until the end of October 30, 2022 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
