In the group of safety and service features, the Kia Connect Lite feature can send emergency notifications about the phone number (registered) when an accident occurs and connect to genuine showrooms and service workshops to support.
A representative of Kia Vietnam said that when receiving vehicle, users only need to download the Kia Connect Lite application, register with basic information related to the model and owner. After completing these steps, users can experience smart assistant features.
“Carnival is the first Kia model in Vietnam equipped with the Kia Connect Lite App. New generation of cars in the near future are expected to be equipped with this application,” the representative of the company said. “Users in Vietnam will experience for free the first 3 years from the time of handing over the car and charge the package fee 1 time from the 4th year”.
