Entering the new generation, the Lexus NX possesses a more powerful new design, the front end stands out with the grille cluster that has been designed to create a three-dimensional effect, creating a sense of depth and showing a strong impression. Headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights (DRL), 3-LED headlights. At the back, the Lexus logo has been redesigned. From the rear, the Lexus logo has been replaced with a new lettering logo, located in the center of the trunk door.

The new taillights are designed to stretch, similar to the Lexus UX and IS series. Lexus NX has many new paint colors including: Red (Redline), Gray (Cloudburst Gray) and Blue (Grecian Water). In F-SPORT versions, the car has paint colors including White (Ultra White), Black (Obsidian) and Blue (Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0).

The interior of the Lexus NX is designed with the driver in mind. Vehicles use a 7-inch driver assistance screen (MID) and an optional 10-inch head-up display (HUD). The MID meter is clearly displayed by the high resolution display. Most driving-related functions are concentrated on the steering wheel, allowing the driver to operate easily and intuitively while still observing to control. Heated front seats are standard. Lexus NX also has a digital key (Digital Key) that allows locking / unlocking and starting / stopping the vehicle through a smartphone. The digital key can be shared with up to 7 people.

In the NX 250 version, the car uses a 4-cylinder engine, 2.5L capacity naturally aspirated, for a maximum capacity of 203 horsepower and maximum torque of 250Nm. Use in combination with an 8-speed automatic transmission (8AT), which comes with front-wheel drive (FWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD). Thanks to that, the car can accelerate from 0 to 96 km / h in 0 in 8.2 seconds (FWD) and 8.6 seconds (AWD).

In the NX 350 version, the car uses a 4-cylinder, 2.4L turbocharged engine, for a maximum capacity of 275 horsepower and maximum torque of 430Nm. Thanks to that, the car can accelerate from 0 to 96 km / h in 0 in 6.8 seconds, half a second faster than the previous model. Use in conjunction with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

In the new NX 450h + version, a new plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV) system is integrated. Thereby, the NX 450h + is capable of all-electric rolling about 57.9 km thanks to the newly developed high-capacity lithium ion battery.

In terms of safety equipment and driving assistance, the Lexus NX is equipped with a Safety System (Lexus Safety System+ 3.0) including: Emergency Driving Assist, which helps to assist in avoiding collisions in the lane by providing maneuvers. brake and steer gently.
