MINI Asia and THACO have officially launched a special model called Cooper S 5-Door Resolute Edition in Vietnam with updated looks.

Compared to the MINI Cooper S 5-Door, the Resolute Edition has some changes in appearance to make it more eye-catching. The car is painted in Rebel Green like the high-performance versions of John Cooper Works. The roof and exterior mirror panels are painted in contrasting Pepper White.

The chrome details have been replaced by Resolute bronze that is used around the headlights, grille, and taillights. The MINI logo, Resolute braille stamp, and grille are all painted in Piano gloss black.

On the hood, there are two stripes, which can change the color of copper depending on the viewing angle, accompanied by 18-inch alloy wheels with Pulse Spoke Black design.

The interior space of the MINI Cooper S 5-Door Resolute Edition employs sporty front seats in Black Pearl with checkered pattern. The steering wheel of this version is wrapped in Nappa leather.

In addition, there is interior lighting system, cruise control system, a speed limit feature, an 8.8-inch infotainment that supports Apple CarPlay, and 12-speaker Harman Kardon Hi-Fi audio system, 360W in capacity.

Safety equipment of MINI Cooper S 5-Door Resolute Edition includes collision warning, pedestrian warning, active braking, parking distance control with front/rear sensors, cruise control, and lane departure warning system.

MINI Cooper S 5-Door Resolute Edition is equipped with a 2.0L twin-turbo engine for a maximum capacity of 192 horsepower and maximum torque of 280 Nm, combined with a 7-speed Steptronic dual-clutch automatic transmission, allowing the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.8 seconds before reaching a maximum speed of 235 km/h.

The price of the MINI Cooper S 5-Door special edition starts at VND 2.299 billion. Currently, MINI Cooper S 5-Door Resolute has been displayed at all genuine showrooms nationwide.
