Reveal more information Toyota Vios 2021 is coming to Vietnam

Toyota Vios 2021 has been tested by the Vietnamese Ministry of Registry, showing that the launch date is imminent.

After one month since the reveal of Toyota Vios 2021, information about the upgrade of the model has been posted on the website of Vietnamese Ministry of Registry. Specifically, there are 2 versions of the Toyota Vios 2021 that have been certified, which are E and 1.5 E. Accordingly, the size and engine of the car has not changed because this is only a mid-life upgrade.

In addition, the Toyota Vios 2021 design copyright application has also been approved. So, we can see that Toyota Vios 2021 will soon be launched, maybe at the end of March or the beginning of April, 2021. This is reasonable because the Lunar New Year is just around the corner, and manufactures usually avoid launching cars during this period. At times like these, the car market proves rather inactive.

In this mid-life upgrade, Toyota Vios 2021 bears a few small changes in exterior design, and the steering wheel possesses many similarities with the new Yaris and generally influenced by the Toyota Camry. Alloy rims on the high-end models will still be 16-inch, while the lower-end models will only use 15-inch wheels

The safety equipment for the model to be launched in Vietnam is likely to remain unchanged. In Malaysia, the highest version of the sedan also has the technology package Toyota Safety Sense with excellent features such as forward collision mitigation and lane departure warning.
