On May 4, 2022, VinFast Business, Trade, and Service Co., Ltd officially announced the implementation of 24/7 electric car battery rescue service, aiming to bring maximum peace of mind to customers. At only 300,000 VND for each rescue charge up to 15 minutes, cars will be filled with enough energy to be able to travel about 30 km (for VF e34).

The 24/7 electric car battery rescue service is deployed by VinFast simultaneously with the existing Mobile Service Repair Service and the existing 24/7 Rescue Policy, to assist customers in situations when car battery runs out on the road. VinFast’s technician team will come come on site, provide an immediate charging solution, and help the car recharge with enough energy to be able to move to a suitable public charging location.

VinFast provides rescue charging service according to a maximum time frame of 15 minutes/charge, with a fee of 300,000 VND. Customers can choose to charge multiple times to suit their actual needs.

In the first phase, the 24/7 electric car battery rescue service will be deployed in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and neighboring provinces within a radius of 100 km from the gateway of these 3 cities.

In order to effectively and safely use the 24/7 electric car battery rescue service, the customer’s car location needs to meet the minimum requirements such as: allowing the battery rescue team to approach, ensuring convenient terrain for rescue work, labor safety, traffic safety… Depending on the customer’s vehicle location and traffic situation, VinFast’s battery rescue vehicle will be available in the shortest time possible for timely support.

Customers can contact VinFast’s Customer Care Center via hotline 1900.23.23.89 at any time of the day and all days of the week (including holidays) to request battery rescue services. It is expected that from June 2022, the service will come into effect.
