On June 13, within the framework of the program to introduce VF8 and VF9 in the European market held at the EVS35 event (taking place in Norway), VinFast announced its plan to open more than 50 retail centers for goods and after-sales service (VinFast Store) in Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Accordingly, the Vietnamese automaker will open at least 25 VinFast Stores in Germany, 20 in France, and 5 in the Netherlands. The first German stores will be present in major cities including Frankfurt, Berlin, Cologne, Oberhausen, and Hamburg. In France, targets are the cities of Paris, Marseille, Nantes, Rennes, Nice, Montpellier, Aix en Provence and Metz. In the Netherlands, it is expected that the first VinFast Store will be present in the city of Amsterdam.

New VinFast Store locations are selected through a strict evaluation process, ensuring the infrastructure requirements as well as the potential of the locality and the electric vehicle community to bring optimal convenience to customers. Stores will vary in size, offering product experience, sales, and service workshops, depending on the size of the location.

Recently, VinFast has announced details of car prices and battery rental packages in Germany, France, and the Netherlands, providing many options for consumers. In particular, in gratitude to pioneering customers, all customers who buy VF8 and VF9 in 2022 and 2023 will enjoy a preferential policy of lifetime battery rental.

Officially applied in January 2022 and ended on May 30, 2022, VinFast’s VinFirst privilege program has received approximately 73,000 pre-orders from global customers. To continue to encourage customers to join hands in the electric-mobility revolution, at EVS35, VinFast also announced a preferential policy for European customers. Accordingly, those who order VF8 and VF9 cars from June 1 to September 30 will get 1 free year of VinFast Smart Driving package, including advanced features of the Smart Info Services and Advanced Driving Assistant Level 2+.
