The first 100 customers to order Neo’s electric motorbike will receive a gift set with a discount of 1.8 million VND when buying batteries, applied from February 10 to March 10.

Yamaha Motor’s preferential program applies to 100 pre-orders for its first electric motorcycle model in Vietnam market. Accordingly, customers ordering Neo’s will receive a gift set (T-shirt, thermos bottle, small bag, keychain) and a discount of 1.8 million VND when buying the second battery. The total value of this program is nearly 300 million VND.

Launched in the market at the end of 2022, Neo’s is the first Japanese electric motorcycle model in Vietnam manufactured and distributed by Yamaha Motor Vietnam. This model is directed by the Japanese company to a young group of customers, often traveling in the inner city, with a range of up to 72 km per full charge of 1 battery. Distance can be doubled if an extra battery is installed.

The model uses a new generation Yipu2 engine attached to the rear axle, with a brake system and MCU control, easy to disassemble to patch or change tires.

The difference of Neo’s compared to some other electric motorcycle models is the ability to brake with the engine every time the throttle is released, instead of drifting with inertia. The motorcycle has two driving modes Standard and Eco.

Other features of Neo’s include SmartKey, charging port, storage compartment, LCD clock, removable battery, and a trunk that fits everyday items. In addition, the electric motorcycle model can connect to smartphones through the Y-connect application.

The model is sold for 50 million VND with 1 battery and three color options of black, white, and blue.
