YAMAHA MT-03 2021 COMING IN DECEMBER WITH MANY UPGRADES (17/11/2020)

The Motor EXPO event in Thailand has always been an opportunity for brands to introduce new models, especially those to be sold in the Southeast Asian market. Latest information shows that for the Motor EXPO 2020 event, Yamaha will officially bring to the table a completely new version of the MT-03.

The Yamaha MT-03 2021 is expected to have big changes in appearance with the introduction of a new headlight architecture with a cluster of 3 LED bulbs including 2 eyes on top and a large headlight below, shaping a face-like design. In addition, the bike also bears improvements in the fairing to help bring a more comfortable riding posture to users. The control panel is also of LCD type with the ability to display multiple specifications.

In terms of power, Yamaha also brought to the model a 321cc, 2-cylinder DOHC engine block with the ability to produce a maximum power of 42 HP at 10750 RPM and a maximum torque of 29.6 Nm at 9000 RPM. The bike is also integrated with TCI ignition system, driven by a 6-speed gearbox and has a wet clutch.

In addition, there are already-available equipment such as a single disc brake system with ABS for both front and rear wheel; 37mm Upside-Down shock absorber for the front along with a large wheel system helps to provide a more stable operation.
