According to automobile news, the Japanese brand has just launched a new Toyota Rush 2021 version for Filipino drivers.

In the upgraded 2021 version, all variants of the Rush now have 7 seats. One of the most notable changes of the Toyota Rush 2021 is that the rear camera, previously only available for the G variant, is now available for E versions as well.

“Toyota is constantly listening to customer requests to improve its products. Rush is a favorite line for our Filipino customers. Therefore, we have added a third row of seats to bring about the joy of riding together to more people.”, said Mr. Sherwin Chualim – Vice President of Toyota Philippines.

With said changes, the Toyota Rush is now more modern, stylish, spacious, fuel-efficient and affordable. This is ideal for those who want to enjoy an SUV experience without having to spend large sums of cash. “Toyota wants to provide more options for Filipino customers and give them the best possible value from our products” added Chualim.

All variants of the new Toyota Rush 2021 model retain their favorite features such as the 220-mm ground clearance, 7-inch infotainment system, 6 SRS airbags, anti-lock system, hard brakes, VSC electronic balance system, …

Regarding the car price, the 1.5 E variant will have a retail price of PHP 1,023,000 PHP (492 million VND) for the automatic version, along with a cheaper option at 983,000 PHP (473 million VND). Meanwhile, the top 1.5 G variant comes with an automatic transmission that costs 1,100,000 PHP (529 million VND).

As for the Vietnamese car consumption market, Toyota Rush is known as the ‘mini Fortuner’ thanks to its high versatility with a relatively affordable price for Vietnamese customers. Currently, the Toyota Rush S 1.5AT is the only variation distributed in the country.

Interestingly, on September 17, 2020, Toyota Rush 2020 was adjusted by TMV when it reduced the listed price to only 633 million VND.
