CX-5, CX-8 are the two most heavily discounted at 30-50 million VND, even up to 80 million VND.

Mazda is one of the few car brands in the Vietnamese market whose stock is not too scarce. This company is having multiple different promotions for all car models.

For CX-5, the reduction is 30-50 million VND, of which the 2.0 Deluxe version costing 839 million VND has the lowest decrease, 20 million VND; the 2.0 Premium version has the deepest reduction of 50 million VND for 2021-produced cars. Those manufactured in 2022 are reduced by 30 million VND.

CX-8 enjoys greater discounts, 55-80 million. The 2.5 Deluxe version 2021 has the deepest reduction at VND 80 million. On the other hand, the lowest reduction is the 2.5 Luxury produced in 2022, about VND 50 million.

Remaining models such as Mazda6, Mazda3 are down by 20-30 million VND depending on version. Imported models such as Mazda2, BT-50, CX-3, CX-30 enjoy incentives of 15-30 million VND. Among which, BT-50 has the highest reduction when the 1.9 Premium version is reduced by 50 million VND. Mazda2 1.5 AT’s price is dropped by 20 million. However, imported car models are currently limited due to the shortage of supply. In particular, BT-50 does not have a vehicle that meets the new emission standard level 5 (equivalent to Euro 5), so the number of available models is less.

According to Mazda dealers, before, they were always in a state of high inventory. However, thanks to promotions and rival firms’ supply difficulties, they have been able to boost sales and reduce inventories in the last two months.
