Kawasaki has just updated the latest 400cc motorcycle duo, 2023 Kawasaki Z400 and Ninja 400 with certain improvements.

The 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 400 coming in green for the KRT Edition version, while the engine inherited from the previous generation has a capacity of 399cc, for a maximum power of 44.7 horsepower and maximum torque of 37 Nm.

The new Ninja 400 has a trellis steel chassis, 310 mm disc brake at the front, and 220 mm rear brake Suspension includes 41 mm telescopic fork at the front and a Uni-Trak single rear shock absorber with adjustable preload. The vehicle weighs 168 kg, providing stable and very compact operation.

Like the Ninja, Z400 is equipped with the same 399cc engine, liquid-cooled, two parallel cylinders. The only difference is that the engine on the Z400 gives maximum torque at 37 Nm, a bit lower than the Ninja.

Brake system employs a single 310 mm disc brake at the front and a 220 mm disc brake at the rear. Suspension system on the bike includes 41 mm telescopic fork in front and Uni-Trak single rear shock absorber at the rear. The new version weighs 167 kg, similar to the previous Z400 version.

Although both new Kawasaki motorcycles bear little differences in performance and color, they meet Euro 5 emission standards. This improvement allows the bike to continue to meet sales standards in the most demanding markets in Europe.
