The new 2023 Modenas Kawasaki Versys-X 250 motorcycle was launched in Southeast Asia, with a very attractive small-sized off-road bike style.

The eagerly anticipated 2023 Modenas Kawasaki Versys-X 250 has officially rolled onto the Malaysian market, offering a thrilling entry into the small-sized off-road vehicle segment. Priced at RM 24,900 (approximately VND 128 million), it’s worth noting that this cost excludes road tax, insurance, and registration fees. Enthusiasts can choose from two captivating colors: Metallic Black and Green.

Powering the 2023 Modenas Kawasaki Versys-X 250 is a robust 249cc liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder engine, capable of churning out an impressive 33.5 horsepower at 10,500 rpm, while generating a peak torque of 21.7 Nm at 10,000 rpm. This engine block shares lineage with the powerplants found in other Kawasaki models like the Z250 ABS and Ninja 250 ABS.

Designed with the everyday off-road adventurer in mind, the Versys-X 250 excels in optimizing power within the low torque range. Its highly responsive 2-valve throttle, boasting a 28mm basic throttle valve supplemented by a larger 40.2mm secondary throttle valve, provides superior control when the engine is running at higher speeds.

The vehicle’s power is seamlessly transmitted to the rear wheels through a 6-speed gearbox, featuring an anti-slip clutch mechanism. Notably, the fuel tank of the 2023 Modenas Kawasaki Versys-X 250 surpasses its counterparts, boasting an impressive capacity of 17 liters. The front sports sizable 19-inch wheel rims, complemented by 17-inch counterparts at the rear. These are paired with 100/90 and 130/80 rubber tires respectively. The braking system comprises single hydraulic disc brakes both at the front and rear, although ABS functionality is not included.
