The small-sized duo of Aprilia RX 125 and SX 125 will be sold in Vietnam at 93 million VND, expected to start delivering in May.

From March 11^th, Motoplex have started receiving orders for 2 small-sized Aprilia models in Vietnam, being Aprilia RX 125 and Aprilia SX 125. Thus, in addition to mid-size and high-end large displacement motorcycles, Aprilia will also distribute light-duty off-road vehicles, becoming the second motorcycle brand in Vietnam to enter this segment next to Kawasaki.

According to Motoplex’s sales staff, customers wishing to buy Aprilia RX 125 or SX 125 need to deposit an amount of 5 to 10 million VND. The remaining amount will have to be paid upon receiving the unit. Delivery is expected to be done at the end of April – the beginning of May.

In terms of price, both Aprilia RX 125 and SX 125 in Vietnam have the same price of 93 million VND, with a total of 4 color options, divided equally between the two models. In which, the Enduro RX 125 version will have two color options including Red Black and White Red Black; the Supermoto SX 125 version with two color options, White Red Black and Gold Red Black.

Both models use a single cylinder engine, 124 cc capacity, air-cooled. This outputs 15 horsepower at 10,000 rpm, and maximum torque of 11.2 Nm at 8,000 rpm. Along with this engine is an electronic fuel injection system and a 6-speed manual gearbox.

The bike’s gauge is fully digital, showing clearly basic operating parameters such as speed, fuel, and journey. Both models share a very sturdy black painted delta-box frame. The suspension includes a pair of reverse forks in front and a single cylinder spring shock absorber at the rear.

In addition to the color, another difference between the Enduro and Supermoto versions are the rims and brakes: the Enduro RX 125 is equipped with 21-inch/18-inch spokes and a single 260mm disc brake system at the front and 220mm at the rear. Meanwhile, the Supermoto version is equipped with 17-inch spokes, 300mm brake discs at the front, and 200mm at the rear. The two models are equipped with Bosch’s ABS.

Due to the difference in rim equipment, the saddle height of each differs. Notably, both bikes have very high saddle height, the RX 125 has a seat height of 905mm, while the SX 125 has a seat height of 879mm.
