The latest Ducati nakedbike to be sold in Vietnam will cost at most 441 million, with 937cc engine and 111 horsepower.

Monster is Ducati’s famous nakedbike line when it has the largest sale in their product range. The latest generation of Monster is named 937, corresponding to the capacity of the new engine used on the model.

Monster 937 has a new look with a slimmer and more compact appearance than its predecessor. LED headlight cluster is oval-shaped. The fuel tank has a wavy design with a capacity of 14 liters. The 4.3-inch digital dashboard is quite similar to that of Panigale V4.

The new Monster 937 is developed upon Panigale-inspired chassis. The new frame is 4.5 kg lighter; the rear swingarm is reduced by 1.6 kg; the rim is reduced by 1.7 kg; rear subframe is weighs 1.9 kg less. The weight of Monster 2021 is about 18 kg lighter than its predecessor.

Standard saddle height of Ducati’s nakedbike model is 820 mm. The motorbike is also adjusted to increase the steering angle by 7 degrees to 36 degrees. Steering handle is now 7 cm closer to the driver.

Ducati Monster 937 is equipped with Testastretta 11-degree V-twin engine with a capacity of 111 horsepower at 9,250 rpm, maximum torque of 93 Nm at 6,500 rpm. In the 821 version, the corresponding capacity is 109 horsepower and 86 Nm of torque. Monster 937 uses a 6-speed gearbox with anti-slip clutch and standard equipment with a Quick Shift Up/Down gearshift system.

Standard safety equipment includes cornering ABS, traction control, and wheel control, all of which can be adjusted to varying degrees. Sporty characteristics is emphasized in the launch control system. The bike has three driving modes including Sport, Urban and Touring.

New Ducati Monster 937 will be imported from Thailand and sold in Vietnam with three colors: standard red priced at 439 million VND; two black and gray versions priced at 441 million VND. The model competes with rivals such as Triumph Street Triple RS (435 million VND) and Kawasaki Z900 (288 million VND).
