The Ducati Scrambler Icon 2023 is 70% different in terms of design compared to its ‘predecessor’ along with many new technologies.

Ducati Ho Chi Minh has just introduced the second generation of Scrambler with 3 versions: Icon, Fullthrottle and Nightshift, priced at 379 million VND, 433 million VND and 446 million VND respectively.The Icon one have drawn most attention thanks to its reasonable price.

The Ducati Scrambler Icon 2023 has a similar design to the previous version but has been modified in several details to bring more modernization in appearance. According to the Italian motorcycle company, the Scrambler Icon 2023 is up to 70% different from its “predecessor”. This vehicle is equipped with an LED lighting system, featuring the iconic “X” that is a highlight at the front, and DRLs with a semi-circular line placed around the headlight.

The model’s notable difference is the redesigned layout and pathway of the exhaust. The chassis has been updated compared to its previous generation, with higher stiffness while still lighter in weight. The overall weight reduction is up to 4 kg compared to the previous geneation.

The rear mono shock absorber, previously placed to the left, has been repositioned towards the center of the bike.

Some other new features include a TFT instrument cluster shown in 4.2-inch electronic screen, along with Traction Control, new Ride by Wire and Riding Modes including Road and Sport.

The Icon version has a high handlebar, providing a comfortable riding position.

The bike is equipped with the 18-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel. The sizes of front and rear disc brakes are 335 mm and 245 mm respectively, applied with Cornering ABS.

All yellow panels on the Ducati Scrambler Icon 2023 can be easily removed at home for replacement with different colored panels, allowing the owner to conveniently customize them based on personal preferences. The company has a total of 9 colors for customers to choose from.

In terms of engine, this model has a L-Twin, air cooled engine with a capacity of 803 cc and a power of  73 hp as well as a torque of  65.2 Nm, accompanied by 6-speed gearbox. Ducati informed that the Scrambler 2023 engine is about 2.5 kg lighter than the previous generation.
