On September 29, Honda Vietnam officially launches a new product for Vietnamese customers. Specifically, the new model is a small-sized sportbike model Honda CBR150R 2021.

It is known that the newly launched Honda CBR150R 2021 is a CBU product from Indonesia and has genuine distribution in Vietnam. According to information published by Honda Vietnam, Honda CBR150R 2021 will be sold to the Vietnamese market with 3 versions: Standard, Special, and Sports corresponding to 3 color options Black Red, Black Grey, and Red.

Honda CBR150R 2021 in Vietnam is the newest generation with many improvements in design and equipment.

In terms of appearance, Honda CBR150R 2021 has a design inherited from the CBR250RR with a lowered double front headlight cluster. On top of which is the model’s pair of navigational lights. Meanwhile, the rear has a high-rise and sharp-edged box design, and the brake lights have a two-layer design that matches the lines of the bike.

The sides have many details that are wide open to form air cavities and multi-layered sharp edges. In addition to the aesthetic, this design also helps reduce wind resistance and increase the ability of the engine to dissipate heat. The fuel tank cover is firmly angled, while the fuel tank itself has a capacity of 12 liters.

In terms of equipment, Honda CBR150R 2021 impresses with a full LED system on both headlights, position lights, brake lights, and even turning signals. The bike’s gauge is a monochrome digital LCD screen that displays information such as speed, engine rpm, time, fuel quantity, and turn signals.

Most noticeably, Showa-branded USD front fork is available. With gold-plated reverse forks, the front looks more prominent and sturdy, while increasing the user experience. The rear shock absorber is still a sporty single shock absorber.

The bike is equipped with standard 17-inch cast wheels and disc brakes with dual-channel ABS. In addition, CBR150R 2021 is also equipped with an ESS (emergency stop signal) when the user brakes sharply to signal those behind.

The heart of the Honda CBR150R 2021 is a single-cylinder, DOHC, 4-stroke, 150cc, liquid-cooled engine block that produces 16.9 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and a max torque of 13.7 Nm at 7,000 rpm. Along with this engine are anti-slip clutch and a 6-speed manual gearbox.

It is expected that Honda CBR150R 2021 will be officially available at various HEADs on November 2nd, 2021. The list of dealers will be published on the company’s website. However, customers can pre-order the model at HEADx with the advantage of choosing the painting according to their preferences.
