As previously informed, Kawasaki Vietnam has announced the selling price and started receiving deposit for the Kawasaki Ninja H2 R superbike with an amount of up to 1.83 billion VND.

With such a price, Kawasaki H2 R is currently one of the most expensive motorcycles in Vietnam today. The price of the H2 R is even close to that of the Mercedes-Benz C300 luxury sedan, which currently has a list price of VND 1,969 billion. So, what makes a motorcycle so expensive?

Kawasaki H2 R is produced as ordered, and the number of units shipped every year is also limited. In addition, the model also possesses equipment and power that few motorcycles have.

The power of the model comes from a supercharged 4-cylinder engine block, 998cc in capacity. This outputs 310 horsepower at 14,000 rpm and maximum torque of 155 Nm at 12,500 rpm. When activating Ram-Air forced air intake, the bike reaches 326 horsepower and maximum torque increased to 165Nm at 12,500 rpm.

Thanks to the supercharger system and huge capacity, Kawasaki H2 R has the ability to accelerate extremely quickly with a maximum speed of over 400 km/h, on par with many leading 4-wheel supercars.

In addition, the H2 R also owns many premium equipment such as eye-catching 17-inch 5-pointed star-shaped wheels, racing-specific slick tires, Ohlins suspension at the rear, high-grade Brembo brakes, digital clock, and racing exhaust system. Compared to the Kawasaki H2, H2 R owns many details made of carbon such as a mask, front fender, and aerodynamic spoiler.

However, one thing to keep in mind is that the Kawasaki H2 R superbike was developed specifically for the racetrack, so the bike will not have equipment such as headlights, rearview mirrors, turn signals or sound absorbers. Users can only be use it in professional racing.
