The 2023 version of the Suzuki Gixxer 150 is improved by the Japanese automaker to meet new emission standards, while also equipped with a number of new features, technologies, and color updates.

After Honda refreshed the CB150R, Suzuki is not to be outdone. Just in the month of the beginning of 2023, Suzuki launches an upgraded version of the Suzuki Gixxer 150 naked-bike model.

Japan is the first market in the world that have Gixxer 150 2023 launched by Suzuki. According to Suzuki, the Gixxer 150 2023 basically retains the same design as previous version (2022), but the engine has been upgraded to meet the new emissions standards, and the vehicle is added with some equipment, features and new colors.

Specifically, Suzuki Gixxer 150 is equipped with a single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine with a capacity of 149cc, producing 13 horsepower at 8,000 rpm, maximum torque of 13Nm at 5,750 rpm. This engine meets new emissions standards while being more fuel efficient. However, compared to the old model, engine power on the 150 Gixxer 2023 is reduced by 1 hp, traction is reduced by 1 Nm but maximum torque is achieved at the rev range earlier.

Suzuki Gixxer 150 has a powerful, aggressive design and is added two more new color versions. The naked-bike model is equipped with LED lighting, LCD digital display and anti-lock braking system (ABS) on the front wheels.

According to the specification published by the Japanese automaker, Suzuki Gixxer 150 owns a seat height of 795 mm, weight of 139 kg, fuel tank capacity of 12 liters. The suspension consists of a pair of telescopic front forks and spring-shaped rear forks. The front wheels has size of 100/80-17 and the rear wheels has size of 140/60-17.
