The currently “low in stock” SUV in Vietnam rises to VND 4.196 billion, upgrading some equipment but retaining the existing engine.

Recently, Toyota dealers have announced to apply a new selling price of VND 4.196 billion for Land Cruiser LC300, effective September 28. The Japanese brand’s website has updated the new price of this model. Particularly for the pearl white version, the extra cost is 11 million VND.

Along with the selling price being increased by 96 million VND, the car has wheels dimensions increased from 18 inches to 20 inches. Land Cruiser’s 4-zone automatic climate control system has an additional negative ion generator, a HUD screen on the steering wheel.

Land Cruiser is one of Toyota’s scarcer models in Vietnam. The supply is not enough to meet demand, so prices are always in a state of inflation compared to the listed level.

Customers who require immediate delivery need to spend an additional 1.2 – 1.6 billion VND. Therefore, the increase of 96 million really means little to customers willing to pay extra for a unit.

Appearing in Vietnam in July 2021, the new generation Toyota Land Cruiser (300 Series) changes the interior and exterior design but retains the separate chassis structure, aiming for off-road strengths. The length, width, and height parameters of the car are 4,990 mm – 1,980 mm – 1,945 mm, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2,850 mm. These figures are similar to the old generation, but the weight of the Land Cruiser (unladen 2.47-2.57 tons) is lighter. The center of gravity is lower than the old generation.

Toyota’s SUV model is equipped with a new 3.5-liter turbocharged V6 engine, with a capacity of 409 horsepower, maximum torque of 650 Nm. 10-speed automatic transmission and AWD is employed. The car offers 3 driving modes: Eco, Normal, and Sport, with the multi-terrain adaptive system and Navigator.

The price of over 4 billion VND of Land Cruiser reaches the category of luxury E-sized SUVs (unibody chassis structure) such as BMW X5 priced at 4.3 billion VND, Volvo XC90 at 4.6 billion VND, and Mercedes GLE at 4.4 billion VND.
