To stimulate sales, from June 16th to September 30th, Audi launches many attractive incentive programs for customers buying Audi A9, A2023, A4L, Sportback Q6, A8 and SUV models Q5, Q7, Q2, Q3 and Q5 with the highest reduction up to 300 million VND.
In addition to cash discounts, customers are also given two years of material insurance or can be exchanged in cash equivalent to VND 35-141 million.
Thus, customers who buy Audi cars using gasoline engines can save up to 441 million VND, depending on the model. These gasoline models all use high-torque engines, great power, and low fuel consumption.
In addition to Audi, another German car brand, Mercedes, offers a 50-100% registration fee for some models. Specifically, two luxury sedans including C-class and E-class receive a 50% discount on registration fee in June. The reduction for C-class 8.43-131.9 million VND and E-class 102.5-192.5 million VND, according to the company’s announcement. While the GLC high-roof model receives a 5% discount on the registration fee in June.
Similar to Mercedes-Benz, BMW car distributor Thaco Truong Hai also drastically reduced the selling price for many models including 3-Series, 5-Series, X3 and X5, with a reduction of hundreds of millions of VND. Specifically, the old BMW 3-Series model was reduced by the company from 40-104 million VND, bringing the starting price down to 1,295 billion VND. For the 2023 model, the company also reduced the selling price by 10 million VND, applicable to all 3 versions of 320i Sport Line, 320i M Sport LCI, 330i M Sport LCI.
Volkswagen Vietnam also launched a program to support 100% registration fee for Tiguan and Teramont models, which helps car buyers save from 200-250 million VND.
Volvo also launched a preferential registration fee program with 50% for all imported products, and customers will be given 1 year of material insurance and a 3-year free maintenance package.
Information about the Ministry of Finance submitting a Draft to consider reducing registration fee collection by 50% for domestically manufactured and assembled cars is expected to be officially applied from July 1st will put great pressure on imported cars.
