The German automaker has just introduced the new Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid, replacing the previous V8 Turbo GT. With a power of 591 hp from the 4.0 V8 twin-turbo petrol engine, combined with an electric motor of 174 hp, producing the total power of 729 hp and 949 Nm of torque, becoming Porsche’s most powerful SUV.

According to the manufacturer’s test results, the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid 2024 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 295 km/h. If the vehicle is added with the GT equipment package with titanium exhaust, carbon roof, and finely tuned bodywork then the acceleration time from 0-100 km/h is only 3.6 seconds and the maximum speed is up to 190 km/h.

The 25.9 kWh battery is placed underneath the trunk area, providing an electric-only operating range of 80 km while the previous Turbo S E-Hybrid version has that of only 19 km.

The Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid 2024 includes an adaptive air suspension and torque vectoring control as standard. Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) as well as rear-axle steering are available as extra options.
