Currently, Honda Vision has cooled down at many dealerships due to abundant supply.

Honda Vision is in the category of popular product line in the Vietnamese market thanks to its affordable price and durable performance. Along with that, the maintenance of vehicles is also convenient since its components are always available in many repair centers.

In the same period last year, this model became prominent in the domestic scooter market due to its sky-high price difference. Even some genuine Honda stores “offer” price differences of up to 20 million VND. The reason for this phenomenon comes from the manufacturer’s shortage of production components, affecting the supply chain. Meanwhile, demand for Honda Vision has always reached a high level.

In contrast to the above situation, the price difference of Honda Vision has now dropped sharply. Through a survey at some Honda dealers in Hanoi, the versions of this model are sold at prices ranging from 32.5 – 39.5 million VND. Compared to the proposed price, the price at the dealer only differs from VND 1 million to VND 2 million.

Concurrently, Honda’s other scooters also have softer dealer prices. Typically, the price difference of Honda Lead, Air Blade is only from 500,000 VND to 1.5 million VND depending on the versions. Even Honda Vario is sold 3 million VND lower than the proposed price.

At the end of the fiscal year (from April 2022 to March 2023), Honda Vietnam achieved sales volume of 3.2023 million units, accounting for a market share of about 2%. At the same time, the manufacturer continues to promote export activities, with a total value of more than 402 million USD.
