On average, every year, 1.600 premium cars are delivered to customers by Mercedes-Benz Vietnam, affirming the No. 1 position in the premium car segment.

Founded in 1995, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam is a subsidiary of Daimler AG – Germany, specializing in manufacturing passenger and commercial cars. After one year of building factories, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam launched the first high-end model assembled in Vietnam in 1996 – the E230 model (W210). Next, the company continues to promote the assembly of domestic premium cars such as C-Class, GLK / GLC and S-Class. Over 25 years of operation, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam has delivered more than 40,000 cars to users, including 10,000 GLC premium SUVs.

In 2008, Mercedes-Benz began to diversify its product portfolio with CBU products but always focused on the domestic automobile industry with nearly 90% of the cars assembled domestically at present. The retailer system has also been expanded year by year, from 1 sales center in 1997 to 16 sales and service centers nationwide, meeting the latest global dealer standard MAR 2020.

Mercedes-Benz models are under 3-year-warranty or up to 5 years. Regarding after-sales service, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam also offers additional services such as Quick Maintenance Service, 24/7 Service, Mobile Maintenance Service, Genuine Used Vehicles, extended warranty package and maintenance for 2 years.

Entering 2020, despite the influence of Covid-19 epidemic in the first half of the year, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam still maintains its growth and it is expected to reach the same level of sales in 2019. Noticeably, Mercedes-Benz GLC with the facelift at the beginning of the year has surprisingly attracted customers because at the present time, according to the sales consultant, the number of cars produced in 2020 has been almost sold out.

In addition to business activities, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam also focuses on social activities. Recently, the company and employees contributed more than 1.1 billion VND  and sent to the local state to join hands fighting against Covid-19 epidemic.
