The mid-size luxury car has been upgraded with a redesigned appearance, more technology in the interior, and a hybrid powertrain.

The German car brand confirmed that the 2024 E-class will make its world debut at the end of April and released images revealing the luxury mid-size sedan. From the image, the new E-class is similar to the C-class and borrows many details from the S-class, typically the hidden door handles.

Compared to the old E-class, the new E-class has redesigned the headlights, rear lights, and rear glass more steeply to the rear for a slimmer and sportier design. Mercedes arranged a cover for the PHEV charging port near the rear of the vehicle, according to Carscoops. The 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engines of the E-class will support mild hybrid or full hybrid, to meet Euro 7 emissions standards.

The interior design of the E-class 2024 was revealed at the end of February, the big change lies in a dedicated digital instrument cluster and a 12.9-inch OLED screen with the MBUX Hyperscreen infotainment system from EQS. An array of applications includes TikTok, Zoom, work with a new selfie camera, add the option to live stream sports, news and videos is available.

As planned, the Mercedes E-class 2024 will be launched on April 25.
