The steering wheel and suspension are fine-tuned, with a rear stabilizer bar that reduces body vibration when cornering is equipped.

Similarly, the engine remains unchanged, is still a 1.8L petrol engine producing a maximum power of 138 hp and a maximum torque of 172 Nm. The hybrid engine uses a combination of a 1.8L petrol engine (capacity of 97 hp) and an electric motor (capacity of 71 hp), 3 driving modes and 1 pure electric driving mode. The Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 enhanced safety technology package remains unchanged, including pre-collision warning, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, intelligent automatic throttle and adaptive headlights.

Since it only adds equipment and features, the selling price of Toyota Corolla Altis 2023 in the Thai market only increased by 430 USD, equivalent to 10 million VND. Accordingly, it can be assumed that the selling price in Vietnam will not increase too much when it goes on sale.
