VinFast announced its headquarters in France, Germany and the Netherlands

Within the framework of the Paris Motor Show 2022, VinFast announced its business plan in Europe and opened its headquarters in France, Germany and the Netherlands.

VinFast’s opening of 3 headquarters in Europe at the same time aims to strengthen business activities in the market, develop retail and direct service networks, and deploy Mobile Services, ensuring to bring completed solutions and first-class customer experience.

VinFast’s 3 headquarters will be located in Frankfurt (Germany), Paris (France) and Amsterdam (Netherlands). VinFast’s goal is to optimize services on the basis of understanding the different needs of customers in each country. To support the goal, VinFast has recruited hundreds of employees with expertise, experience and understanding of market specifics to work at its headquarters. The number of recruitments is expected to increase many times in the near future.

Jean-Christophe Mercier – Deputy General Director of After-sales and Customer Experience of VinFast Europe announced the business plan and expansion of VinFast’s operations in the European market within the framework of the Paris Motor Show 2022.

In the business plan, VinFast also updates the progress of retail system development in European markets with the first sales center in Cologne (Germany) expected to open in November 2022. Followed by sales centers in Paris and Nice (France), in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg (Germany) in 2022. At the beginning of 2023, VinFast plans to open sales centers in Oberhausen (Germany), Marseille, Rennes, Montpellier, Metz (France) and Den Haag, Rotterdam (Netherlands).

VinFast sales centers will be supported by a network of technicians and Mobile Service vehicles, giving customers a wide range of flexible repair and maintenance options. Customers can book service appointments via the VinFast app and get help at home, at work or at any VinFast store that supports service. Currently, the Mobile Service vehicle has been deployed by VinFast in Germany and will expand to Europe in the first quarter of 2023. VinFast also plans to add more than 200 technicians within the next 12 months to support the after-sales network which is expanding.

Europe is an important area of ​​VinFast in its international journey. Along with having its headquarters in France, Germany, the Netherlands as well as developing an extensive sales network, VinFast is continuing to look for a place to build a factory in Europe to supply products directly to the market in future.
