Vento removes traditional lock, employing the latest lithium-ion battery, and the first Vinfast electric scooter to use side-mounted engine.

Vento has a maximum capacity of 4,000W and a max speed of 80km/h. The latest generation lithium-ion battery system helps the bike travel a distance of 110 km for every full charge under standard conditions, according to a statement from VinFast.

Vento is also the first VinFast electric motorcycle model in Vietnam to use a new generation side-mounted engine. According to the brand, the advantage of this layout is that torque is not directly impacted by the wheel, which helps to optimize performance. Vento does not use traditional locks, instead applying PaaK (Phone as a Key) technology to make ignition, shutting down, opening the trunk, and anti-theft more convenient.

The smart technologies equipped for Vento also have cruise control, anti-theft, GPS, charging station locator, vehicle status… through the VF Escooter application. In addition, there is ABS Continental. The model meets IP67 water and dust resistance standard.

Vento has 7 optional paint colors and different saddle colors. The bike is priced at 56.35 million VND excluding the battery. Customers can use a battery subscription package with the price of 199,000 VND per month for a maximum distance of 500 km, or a fixed package priced at 350,000 VND per month, with no distance limit.

Customers can charge the model at home. If using VinFast’s public charging stations, the fee is 2,834 VND/kWh and is paid with the monthly battery subscription fee.

After nearly 3 years of market launch, VinFast has developed 8 models of electric motorcycles and expanded to more than 270 showrooms and dealers, 233 service workshops, and a system of charging stations in all provinces and cities across the country to ensure the convenience for customers.

According to the plan, the company has installed 40,000 charging ports for electric motorbikes and cars, and in 2022 will complete 150,000 charging ports nationwide. VinFast have also deployed the first genuine mobile repair service in Vietnam.
